All of our products are food safe and can be used in a dishwasher, microwave and oven, but should never be placed directly on stovetop burners.
To ensure a long life for your pottery, this is a list of things that are NOT recommended to do:

• Placing a cold dish into a preheated oven
  
• Immersing a hot dish into cold water or a freezer
• Putting a dish too close to the heating element in the oven
  
• Dropping the pottery on a hard surface
  
  

Shipping

We offer a variable flat rate based on your location and order size and Free Shipping for orders over $120, using USPS ground advantage for most orders.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Usually, you'll get your pottery within 3-7 business days from the moment you buy it. Sometimes, though, deliveries out west might take a bit longer.

Returns / Exchanges

At Blanket Creek Pottery, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure that all of our customers are happy with the pottery they bought from us. We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied.
To be eligible, ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at support@blanketcreekpottery.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label. Once we get the item back, we will issue a refund with a deduction of only $7 to cover the return shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of it and save the product and its packing material for us to be able to initiate a damage claim.
We will send out an immediate replacement, and let you know if any further steps are needed.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive your return and refund your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.
