Is your pottery lead free and food safe?

Yes. We use only food safe materials for all of ur pottery.

Is your pottery dishwasher & microwave safe?

Yes, all of our pottery can be used in a dishwasher or microwave.

Can I use your pottery in the oven?

Yes, all of our pottery can be used in the oven.
Please see our care and use guide section for more details on how to cook/reheat with our pottery.

Can I return/exchange my product?

We do everything possible to make sure our customers are fully satisfied with their pottery, but if you prefer to return or exchange your order, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and we’ll take you through the process.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship within 1-3 days, and transit time generally ranges from 2-5 business days.
These are the average times but we can not guarantee that there will not be delays with the shipping carrier.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged item, and we will send a free replacement right away.
We ask that you return the damaged item so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will explain how to do this at no cost to you.

What do you use for packing the pottery?

We use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials, using an advanced paper-wrapping system made by Ranpack. All of our packing products are recyclable.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most items ship via USPS and occasionally UPS

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only in the U.S.

Do you offer a discount on a dinnerware set?

Yes. Please contact us and provide the specific items and quantities you are interested in, along with your shipping address. We will reply as soon as possible with the exact discount we are able to offer.

Is the item in the pictures the exact one I am going to receive?

No. These pictures are only representatives of the pottery you are going to receive.
We do our best to represent the items as accurately as possible with the pictures, but all of our pottery is handmade, and as a result no two items are identical.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are not accepting custom orders at this time.
All steps of our production process are precisely calculated, and modifications made to size, shape and color generally have unpredictable results. So, for now, we're focusing on our existing product line.

I placed two orders that will ship to the same address, can I combine them?

Yes, as long as it is placed within 24 hours of each other, and provided that we haven't shipped the first order yet by the time you contact us.
